n 2012, Fahey Sales (est. 1947 in Belle Plaine, MN) had just invested in a huge 50,000 square foot auction facility. They were ready to take the steps necessary to develop a new auction concept as well as expand their multi-state auction company.

The Problem

Fahey's multi-team cataloging process was not working effectively. Loading and editing photos for hundreds of lots was a monster task, and the third- generation auctioneer wanted an easier way to manage online, live, and simulcast auctions. Fahey struggled with outdated clerking software Maxa. Several things had to change.
